Abstract

This research is motivated by the low religious attitude of grade IV MI Al Iman students, such as ridiculing friends who have different skin color, ethnicity, or race and indifference to environmental cleanliness. The purpose of this study was to describe the increase in religious character through the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) on the Beautiful Togetherness Theme, the Sub-Theme of Gratitude for Diversity in Class IV MI Al Iman. The object of this research is class IV MI Al Iman. This form of research uses PTK so that it uses qualitative and quantitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews and observation. The results showed that through the Value Clarification Technique (VCT) learning model it was able to improve students' religious character. The increase can be seen in the results of the pre-cycle study with a classical completeness percentage of 24.24%. After the action was taken in Cycle I with a classical completeness percentage of 55.53%. And cycle II with a classical mastery percentage of 84.09%, and has fulfilled the predetermined indicator success criteria with at least 75%.
